The Healthful Life Project ®
The goal of this website Healthful Life site is to help you maximize your chances for leading a longer, healthier life. The site features the tests and actions of the Health-Full-Life Program (see Human Tune-Up) that should be followed by every adult - it is simple, comprehensive, well documented, and easy to follow.
Through our Evaluator, we will also keep you updated on interesting reports (hot topics), important health promotion issues (editor's view), and critical articles in the medical literature relating to health promotion and disease prevention. You can find the articles, editorials, and topics in the current issue or in the Archives. Where appropriate, articles in the Archives will be updated. The site also includes essays on broader important topics, and even two short nature stories.
We hope you find this site useful and enjoyable. We will tell you what we know for sure, what we do not know for sure, what you should be doing to promote your health, what you do not need to be doing at present.

Healthful Life E-valuator

This is the last issue of the Healthful Life newsletter. I have enjoyed creating the newsletter and I believe it has been a useful public service. The site will stay up so people can use the archived articles, hot topics, editorial views, and essays. From time to time for the next year, I will update them, but only if new major findings appear in the medical literature.

I hope you have found this newsletter useful. We are ending strongly with the issue almost completely devoted to the results of what we believe is a very important national survey with huge implications.

Almost the entire issue will be devoted to an essay on the results of a national survey on perceptions of the future, including one's personal future, the future of America, and the future of the world. We believe it is a very important study.
