In the interests of full disclosure

Since July 2005, the three articles published every two weeks have been the sole work of the editor, Donald B. Louria, MD. Prior to that time, every article was reviewed by a superb national advisory board. They received small annual honoraria for doing a lot of work. This was grant supported. Those grants have now expired. As a result, all aspects of the articles - their selection, the abstracting, the ratings, and the commentaries - can be attributed to Dr Louria. As always, Dr Louria also does the hot topics and the editor's views.
